How many days can I train?
Training can be done up to 5 days a week. Each session is 30 minutes so we have no time to waste.
Where do we train?
This depends on your location, we have the use of private studios in West London but we can also train you at your location. We will bring all the fitness equipment and the sessions will be just as challenging.
Are the sessions going to be intense?
They will be as intense as you want them to be… Sessions don’t have to be high intensity, but they will be focused and motivated.
Will I get results?
This depends on you. How much time do you have to invest in yourself? If you put in the effort and follow the nutritional advice, results will follow.
